All our units with keypad interface are in a matrix style configuration. The display will depend on what you want with it. What communication protocol will yo be using? TTL, RS-232, I2C, or USB? What size of the display would you want? 2x8, 2x16, 2x20, 2x40, 2x20, or 4x40? There are different colours, and there are graphics with 2 different sizes. If you can provide more specifics, I can suggest a unit that will suit you best. An example of what application you will be using it for will be good too.
tnx a lot man for your answer.
the protocol i have to use is RS232, for application on embedded system pc104 or rabbit (linux embedded solutions); 2x20 or 2x40 will be sufficient tnx i wait your answer
I can recommend either a LK202-25 or a LK204-25. They both have 5x5 key matrix. Since you are communicating via RS-232, they come as default RS-232. You can also change over to a different communication protocol to I2C or TTL communications.
