Need a big LCD...somebody help please....

Hey everyone,
I was wondering what is the biggest lcd you can buy right now, and where to get it. I am looking for one which is about 4inch x 3inch in size, or close to that. Is anyone making them like this? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Is there any good software out there that supports that and other graphic lcd's? And that produces full graphic and text together? Thanks

LCDC works with it, but not fully with graphics, there is a program by Sjaak which does, but it doesn't have that many features, but it is a nice program.
