Hi, I upgraded my system with a new case, mobo, P4 chip, vid card, and ps.
While reassembling my system into my new case I forgot that I had to use the modified floppy drive power cable and use a regular floppy cable off the ps

. So as soon as I power up the computer for the first time with everything installed, the serial cable sparks, melts, and smokes

. Did my display burn out along with the cable. If it is burnt out now I can justify getting an aluminum usb display

hehehe sorry for the super long message.
thanks
