Broken MX213

Hi there, I just got my 212 from FrozenCPU. As soon as I plug it into any USB or any machine, nothing happens, just a dim screen showing random characters. The device is recognized by Windows, but so far no screen, no welcome msg "Matrix Orbital".. nothing.....

please advise,

try reading this thread first and if that dont work then ou might need to rma it

Hello...

Since Windows recognizes the device, can communication be established and did you have troubles installing the appropriate drivers...?
