Trying to display DVD info on VK202-25

Does anyone know if this is possible? I am running PowerDVD 5 and was hoping there would be a simple way to achieve this. I am running the serial port to the display. I would really appreciate any insight or help.

There is not software or LCDC plugin that will allow this at the moment....

Anything you foresee in the future for this application? Is this simply (loose term) a software issue or is it a hardware issue? Should it be hardware then I certainly can change that without delay.

I think Zoomplayer has a plugin for Matrix Orbital LCDs. Not sure what it doeson the display, but it plays DVDs.
