I've been happily running my new BLK202A for a little over a week, and I finally decided to mess with the keypad. Unfortunately, only one keypress is working... the right arrow or "E" key. That key always works flawlessly. I several software tests to determine that it is definately a keypad problem. Is there something I should do to try to fix the keypad?

Go install LCDC (http://lcdc.planetdps.com/) and go into the test screen as I did here...

Do the other buttons really not respond?

TheCheeseMan: Thanks! That is a swell tutorial and I'll do some pin shorts to analyze the nature of what is going on. CyPher: I'll watch for your article.
Unfortunately, I am flying to the North Slope of Alaska today and will not return home until next Monday evening. I'll mess with it then.
