Hi Tom
Everything going perfect with the LCD.
I still have the problem of no spare serial port to run it through.
Is there another port I can pick up the Data In and Data Out from.
Can I plug into any of the pins on the 25 pin parallel port or on the spare video display 15 pin port.
I can't add another serial port nor does a USB to Serial convertor work.

Hi Alexa,
Did you check which keys are being generated? Also you must make sure that the character you entered in the event editor is right. The keys are case sensitive too, so you have to make sure they are capital or not. Most likely the keys generated are in capital letters.

Sorry Tom
Nowhere did it say on LCDC that you had to go out of screen builder and start display to have events activate
